Parish Thanksgiving Dinner, Oct. 24

You are cordially invited to join your Trinity family for a free catered dinner on Friday, October 24 at 6pm in the church parish hall. We will give thanks for this year’s ministry at Trinity Church and eat together, and hear about Trinity Church’s budgetary needs for 2026. Our guest speaker will be The Rev. Portia Corbin, rector of St. John’s Episcopal Church in New London, Wisconsin since 2021. A native of South Dakota, Portia attended Cottey College and Creighton University (Omaha, Neb.) before completing an M.Div. at Berkeley Divinity School, the Episcopal seminary affiliated with Yale University (New Haven, Conn.). She was ordained a priest in 2013 and served as the rector of Christ Church, Lead, SD, and as director of Camp Thunderbird, the camp of the diocese of South Dakota. She is married to the Rev. Chris Corbin, rector of Trinity Church, Oshkosh, and together they have two daughters, Louisa (9) and Millie (6).
