Whatever’s comfortable. Some of our people wear a suit, others t-shirts and shorts, and some of the kids wear pajamas or Batman costumes - any of that is fine.

During the service, we’ll pass the peace by shaking hands briefly. But you won’t be introduced or put on the spot. We have coffee hour after where people will be happy to talk to you, but you don’t have to come to that - please participate to the extent that you’re comfortable.

Like most Episcopal Churches, we have communion each week. Christians of any denomination, or anyone who puts their trust in Jesus Christ, are welcome to receive communion with us. Anyone who prefers not to receive may choose to have the priest pray a blessing over them instead.

We have gluten-free hosts available each Sunday - just tell the priest you need one. Anyone may choose to receive the bread only or the wine only, and in the Episcopal Church that is theologically the same as receiving both.
